  BNSF Railway closed the Lexington Street and Boyd Street railroad crossings in Norman for track maintenance, with Lexington expected closed through Oct. 23 and Boyd through Oct. 25, the city said.

  Moore voters to decide sales tax renewal and $18 million drainage bonds Nov. 3

  Moore's Nov. 3 special election has two propositions: a four-year renewal of a half-cent sales tax and $18 million in general obligation bonds for drainage. The city says neither would raise current rates. Town halls are Oct. 22, 26 and 27.
