• Smithfield City Council, 6 p.m., 96 S. Main. The agenda includes a vote on rezoning about 1.4 acres near 385 West Center from residential to manufacturing and a presentation on a future city park near 700 East 600 North.
• Wellsville City Council, 6 p.m., 75 E. Main. The mayor brings a resolution for Wellsville to become a "Just Serve City," according to the amended agenda.
• Amalga Planning and Zoning Commission, 6 p.m., 6590 N. 2400 W. A public hearing covers an ordinance that would allow automotive service stations, including truck stops and travel centers, in the town's light industrial zone.
• North Logan City Council, 6:30 p.m., North Logan City Office, 2525 N. 600 E., also streamed on YouTube. A public hearing on the city's plan to adopt or amend an impact fee facilities plan is set for 6:35 p.m., the agenda says.
• Hyde Park Planning Commission, 7 p.m., 113 E. Center, also on YouTube. Commissioners discuss changes to the site plan approval process and the future land use map (agenda).
• Clarkston Town Council, 7 p.m., Town Hall, 24 S. Main, with water billing on the agenda.
• Cornish Town Council, 7 p.m., Town Hall, 4788 W. 14300 N., with engineering for a new water project on the agenda. Zoom links are available from the town clerk.
• Paradise Town Council, 7 p.m. (a new time), Town Hall, 9035 S. 100 W. (agenda).
• Not meeting: Lewiston's Planning and Zoning Commission moved tonight's meeting to Thursday, Nov. 12, at 7 p.m. (notice).
