Logan planners to review TTM expansion and 11-acre Village at 1800 rezone
LOGAN - The Logan Planning Commission will review a 67,731-square-foot, two-story addition to the north building of TTM Technologies at 710 N. 600 W. when it meets Thursday, Nov. 12, according to the agenda.
The commission will also take up the Village at 1800 rezone, which would change about 11.04 acres at the southeast corner of 200 West and 1800 North from commercial to MR-12, a residential zone. The applicant is CH Champlin LLC.
The TTM project, in the Industrial Park zone, is a design review the commission can approve. On the rezone, the commission makes a recommendation to the Logan Municipal Council, which makes the final decision.
Commissioners take a bus tour of the sites at 4:30 p.m. The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers, 290 N. 100 W.
Why this matters
The rezone would turn commercial land at 200 West and 1800 North over to housing, and the TTM addition expands an existing industrial campus in the city.
