Little Giant Ladder Systems is recalling about 3,662,000 ladders with Rapid Locks that can suddenly retract if the locks are not fully engaged, posing a fall hazard, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Nov. 5.  The firm reported 25 retraction incidents and 19 injuries, including head injuries.  Models include Adjustable Fortress 2.0, Conquest 2.0, Dark Horse 2.0, Epic, King Kombo XT, Leveler, MegaLite, MegaLite+, Multi, Quantum and Vector; ladders with an orange rectangular "QC" sticker above a Rapid Lock are excluded.

Stop using recalled ladders until you get Little Giant's free repair kit with warning labels and lubrication instructions at littlegiantladders.com/pages/recalls or 866-201-9069.  Sold at Lowe's, Costco and online from December 2015 through October 2026 for about $100 to $1,000, CPSC says.

Separately, Baby Brezza Enterprises recalled about 29,000 SuperFast Sterilizer Dryers (models BRZ0083, BRZ0154, BRZ0156) that can overheat, with 32 overheating or melting reports and no injuries reported.  Stop use and seek a free replacement via babybrezza.com recall pages or 888-527-9824.  Look up other recalls at cpsc.gov/Recalls.
