Free Halloween face painting at Mt. Pleasant library
Hey Balloon Lady paints faces Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon; first come, first served.
The Mt. Pleasant Branch Library, at 3411 Rocky Mountain Drive in East San Jose, offers Halloween face painting Saturday, Oct. 31, from 10 a.m. to noon, according to the San José Public Library's events calendar.
An artist called Hey Balloon Lady will paint faces, and there will be other Halloween activities. It is meant for children, teens and families.
The event is free, with no sign-up. It is first come, first served, and the library says time for each face is limited. Arriving early is the best way to get a turn.
