Art museum offers science-themed tour of water exhibit Wednesday
The walk is free with museum admission and limited to 20 people.
SAN JOSE - The San José Museum of Art will lead a tour that looks at art through science on Wednesday, Oct. 28, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., according to the museum's website.
The Walk with a Naturalist tour, led by staff member Shelby Hendricks, covers the exhibit "a small ocean swallowed," on view through Feb. 14, 2027. The museum says the tour looks at how the artists treat water as something that links people and places.
The tour is free with museum admission, which costs $20 for adults and $15 for people 65 and older. Admission is free for youth 17 and under, college students and teachers. The tour is open to all ages and limited to 20 people. The museum strongly recommends signing up in advance, though walk-ins are welcome if space allows. Visitors meet in the first-floor lobby. The next tour is Nov. 18.
