San José Museum of Art holds free First Fridays dance party Nov. 6
A live DJ, a silent disco and open galleries, 6 to 9 p.m. at 110 S. Market St.
SAN JOSE - The San José Museum of Art will hold a free First Fridays dance party on Friday, Nov. 6, from 6 to 9 p.m., according to the museum's event page.
Registering ahead speeds check-in, the museum says. The museum is at 110 S. Market St.
The night includes a live DJ and a silent disco, where guests dance to music on headphones, with music by Mild Monk. PHIN will show animated projection mapping, which turns walls into moving images. The galleries will stay open.
African American Heritage House, SJMA Let's Look at Art and the League of Women Voters will have tables. The museum café, El Cafecito by Mezcal Restaurant, will sell food and run a cash bar, and the museum store will stay open late. The event page lists no age limit.
