Saint Mary Villa sets open houses Oct. 28 and Nov. 11 for new child care center
The center at the Catholic Pastoral Center takes its first students Nov. 2.
NASHVILLE - Saint Mary Villa will hold two open houses for its new child development center at the Catholic Pastoral Center, according to an Oct. 16 post from the Diocese of Nashville. The first is Wednesday, Oct. 28, from 2 to 7 p.m., and the second is Wednesday, Nov. 11, from noon to 5 p.m.
The center is scheduled to take its first students Monday, Nov. 2, and will serve up to 120 children from infancy through age 5, the post says, citing Saint Mary Villa chief executive Alyssa Garnett-Arno. It will charge on the same sliding scale as the organization's existing centers. The diocese says the center is the first of four funded by a $1.93 million Community Child Care Hub Service Grant from the Tennessee Department of Human Services.
RSVPs and child care applications go through stmaryvilla.org, according to the post.
