Noble schools foundation hosts forum for three state House races Monday night
Candidates in House Districts 27, 20 and 45 are scheduled to appear at The Den Auditorium starting at 5:30 p.m.
NOBLE - The Noble Public Schools Foundation is holding a forum Monday evening, Oct. 26, for candidates running for the Oklahoma House of Representatives, according to a Noble Public Schools post and the Foundation's event schedule. The forum is at The Den Auditorium, and doors open at 5 p.m. for visitors to meet candidates at informational booths.
Three races are on the schedule. House District 27 candidates Danny Sterling, a Republican, and Memory Taylor, a Democrat, appear from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m., with Randy Kersey moderating. House District 20 candidates Jonathan Wilk, a Republican, and Chris May, a Democrat, follow from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m., moderated by Phil Freeman. Party labels are from the Cleveland County Election Board's Nov. 3 sample ballots.
House District 45 runs from 7:30 to 8:15 p.m., moderated by Will Broom, with Democrat Annie Menz. The Foundation says Republican Carolyn Womack-Bielich will not attend because of a prior commitment.
The Foundation describes the forum as nonpartisan and says it does not endorse candidates or parties.
