SAVOY - The Village of Savoy issued 28 building permits in October 2026 with listed project costs adding up to $362,581, according to the village's Monthly Permit Report for October dated Nov. 2, 2026.
The largest Project Cost rows on the report are a $41,000 bathroom remodel at 410 Preston St. (permit 4211, Oct. 13), a $40,000 accessory structure install at 1091 County Rd. 1200 E. (4197, Oct. 1), a $38,411 mechanical replacement at 609 Cayman Way (4202, Oct. 2), and a $30,000 inground pool install at 701 Bergmont Dr. (4208, Oct. 12).
