The league is non-contact and includes three divisions: 10U co-ed for ages 8 to 10, 12U co-ed for ages 11 to 12, and 14U boys for ages 13 to 14, according to the city. The fee is $50 per player and includes a jersey, shorts, socks, gloves and a flag belt.

Players must attend one assessment at the Tampa PAL complex, 1924 W. Diana St., after registering. Assessment times are Sunday, Nov. 15, 10 a.m. to noon; Monday, Nov. 23, 1 to 3 p.m.; Saturday, Dec. 5, 10 a.m. to noon; and Monday, Dec. 21, 1 to 3 p.m.

"At Tampa PAL, our focus is always on creating positive connections and bringing new opportunities that reflect the interests of Tampa's youth," Acting Chief Brett Owen said in the city's release.
