Busch Gardens adds Wild Oasis Kids Weekend on Nov. 7-8
Animal encounters in Jungala and Wild Oasis, an acrobatic show and Oddbods meet-and-greets land this Saturday and Sunday.
TAMPA - Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is billing Wild Oasis Kids Weekend as a new family event on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 7-8, according to the park's events listing and dedicated event page.
The park says guests can get closer to animals with special zoo experiences throughout Jungala and Wild Oasis, including meeting an animal ambassador and keeper, learning how tigers stay active through enrichment, and seeing enrichment designed for orangutans.
Family entertainment on the page includes We Flip, described as an acrobatic act inspired by exploration and adventure, and Oddbods characters Pogo and Fuse for meet-and-greets at Jungala Plaza at 12:45 p.m., 1:45 p.m., 3:15 p.m. and 4:15 p.m.
The events page lists the weekend alongside the park's Veterans Day celebration (Nov. 6-11) and Christmas Town, which begins on select nights Nov. 13. Ticket prices and whether every activity is included with admission are not spelled out on the Wild Oasis page beyond standard park admission links.
