Election Day in Orem: vote center at Centerpoint Church open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.; drop boxes close at 8

OREM - Today is Election Day in Utah County. Orem's vote center, Orem Centerpoint Church at 1550 Sandhill Road, is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., according to Utah County Elections. Voters are not limited to the center nearest their address and may use any vote center in the county.

Every active registered voter in the county was mailed a ballot. Mailed ballots must be received by the County Clerk by 8 p.m. tonight. Ballots returned to a drop box must be deposited before 8 p.m.

Orem has three drop boxes, open around the clock until 8 p.m. tonight: the Orem City Library, 58 N. State St., on the library loop on 100 North; the Orem Senior Friendship Center, 93 N. 400 E., by the 100 North parking lot exit; and Utah Valley University, 800 W. University Pkwy., north of the Liberal Arts Building.

The Orem Centerpoint Church vote center is open only on Election Day. In-person early voting, at the Utah County Health and Justice Building in Provo, ended Monday. Voters can track a mailed ballot through BallotTrax, which the county's page names, and can call 801-851-8683 or email elections@utahcounty.gov with questions.
