Chancery Clerk and Master schedule; dates subject to change
NASHVILLE - The Davidson County Chancery Clerk and Master's schedule shows the Sept. 14, Oct. 21, Nov. 18 and Dec. 16, 2026, delinquent property tax sales as cancelled. The next date listed without a cancellation is Jan. 20, 2027, with an advertisement date of Jan. 1, 2027.
The office says registration begins at 11 a.m. and each sale starts at noon at the Metro Davidson County Courthouse. The page cautions that all dates are subject to change, so anyone planning to attend should recheck it first.
