Clerk and Master marks fall 2026 delinquent tax sales cancelled; next listed date is Jan. 20, 2027
NASHVILLE - The Davidson County Clerk and Master's Property Tax Sale Lists and Schedule page, opened Oct. 10, 2026, marks several fall 2026 delinquent real-property tax sales as cancelled. Struck-through rows labeled cancelled include the sales that had been listed for Sept. 14, Oct. 21, Nov. 18 and Dec. 16, 2026.
The next tax sale date on that schedule without a cancelled mark is Jan. 20, 2027, paired with a Jan. 1, 2027, notice-ad date. The office says registration begins at 11 a.m. and sales start at noon in the Jury Assembly Room on the ground floor of the Metro Davidson County Courthouse, One Public Square. Terms are cash to the highest bidder, subject to the right of equity of redemption, and all dates remain subject to change. An excess-proceeds update on the same page is dated Oct. 9, 2026.
