Edgehill United Methodist hosts free neighborhood clothing swap Oct. 17
Event runs 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at 1502 Edgehill Ave.
NASHVILLE - Edgehill United Methodist Church will host a neighborhood clothing swap from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, according to the church's online calendar. The event takes place at the church, 1502 Edgehill Ave.
The listing says participants should bring their own gently used clothing, no more than one trash bag's worth, and may take as much as they like at no cost. All clothing is free, and the event is open to all ages and sizes, according to the church.
The calendar describes the event as a swap rather than a donation drop-off. The listing says all are welcome. The church's calendar also lists a Sunday worship service at 9:30 a.m. the next morning, Oct. 18, which includes a special program for the National Weekend to End Homelessness.
