LOS ALAMOS - The Planning and Zoning Commission agenda for Oct. 14 marks a site plan at 1040 Airport Road as postponed to Dec. 9, 2026.
Case SIT-2026-0085 names Gary Goddard as the applicant, on behalf of Los Alamos County as the property owner. The agenda describes demolition of 13 hangars, relocation of Airport Road and the utility lines with it, a change to an existing parking lot, relocation of part of the parallel taxiway, and construction of an apron and taxi lane for future hangars. The property is in the Institutional Zone District.
