Enoch council to vote Nov. 4 on 677-acre Pidding annexation and ADUs in R-1-11 zone
The agenda also lists water-code changes, a fee-category hearing and a proposed social media policy.
ENOCH - The Enoch City Council will take roll-call votes Wednesday, Nov. 4, on annexing about 677 acres for Pidding LLC and on related annexation and development agreements, according to the posted agenda.
The petition, filed Aug. 11 for Pidding LLC and North Spring Ranch LLC, covers unincorporated county land generally north of the ice rink and east to BLM land, according to the recorder's certification and Oct. 7 minutes. Annexed land falls under city zoning and services. The development agreement is not posted with the agenda.
Another vote would make accessory dwelling units, such as basement apartments, a permitted use in the R-1-11 zone. It was on the Planning Commission's Oct. 27 hearing agenda.
A water ordinance, listed by title only, covers water rights, connections, secondary-water exceptions and conservation rate tiers. On Oct. 7 the council voted 4-0, on Council Member David Harris' motion, to accept some Basin 71 South water rights for new connections.
- A hearing and vote on fee-schedule use categories.
- A proposed social media policy.
- Setting Nov. 18 hearings on a $100 sewer-lateral locate fee and meter placement standards.
The 6 p.m. meeting is at 900 E. Midvalley Road and on Zoom.
