SARA's Spooky Silent Disco fundraiser is Oct. 24 at Random Row; presale tickets end Oct. 18
The Halloween dance party supports the Sexual Assault Resource Agency.
CHARLOTTESVILLE - The Sexual Assault Resource Agency is holding a Spooky Silent Disco fundraiser from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at Random Row Brewing Co., 608 Preston Ave., according to the agency's event page. SARA says the night supports survivors of sexual violence.
Presale tickets cost $10 through Oct. 18, and regular tickets are $15, the page says. Tickets are sold online through Zeffy.
A live DJ will play on three channels, and guests wear wireless headphones that let them pick a channel and set their own volume. Costumes are encouraged, and there will be a costume contest with prizes. Food and drinks will be for sale at the brewery.
SARA serves Charlottesville and Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa and Nelson counties. Its 24-hour hotline is 434-977-7273.
