Regional Planning Commission moving main offices to new RPC Center on South Neil Street
CHAMPAIGN - The Champaign County Regional Planning Commission is moving its main administrative offices to the new RPC Center at 2107 S. Neil St. in Champaign, according to a notice on the agency's website. The notice says there are no in-person services at the RPC Center from Oct. 26 through Oct. 30.
The notice does not say where the offices are moving from, when in-person services will resume or how residents can reach the agency during the move.
Separately, the RPC says its Community Services division was recognized in October by the Illinois Department of Human Services' Office of Housing Stability for using 95% or more of the money in one or more of its grant contracts with that office. The recognition places the RPC in the office's "Pathway to 100% Club," part of a fiscal 2027 grant-spending initiative, according to the RPC.
