ENFIELD - Beyond Friday night football, teams from our towns have seven soccer, field hockey and volleyball games Friday and four more games Saturday, according to Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference team schedule pages opened Thursday afternoon.
On Friday, Enfield boys soccer plays at Glastonbury and Enfield girls soccer hosts Glastonbury at the Annex turf field, both at 3:45 p.m. Enfield field hockey plays at Norwich Free Academy at 5:45 p.m., the time now listed on its CIAC page. East Windsor boys soccer hosts Aerospace at 6 p.m. at the Abbe Road Soccer Complex.
The Academy of Computer Science and Engineering in Enfield has three Friday games: boys soccer at Bulkeley and girls soccer against Capital Prep/Bulkeley at Quirk Turf Field, both at 3:45 p.m., and volleyball at Goodwin Tech at 5:15 p.m.
On Saturday, the CREC football team hosts Weaver/Hartford Public/Classical at 11 a.m. on the Computer Science academy's turf field. Also at 11 a.m., Somers girls soccer hosts Woodstock Academy and Somers field hockey plays at Thomaston. East Windsor boys soccer plays at Canton at 6 p.m.
