Institute for Holocaust Education opens exhibit of art by agent who helped capture Eichmann
OMAHA - The Institute for Holocaust Education will open "Malkin in My Hands," an exhibition of artwork by Peter Malkin, with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, at the JCC Omaha, 333 S. 132nd St., according to the institute's calendar.
The institute describes Malkin as the Mossad agent who helped capture Nazi war criminal Adolf Eichmann. It says this is the first time the exhibition has been shown in the Heartland.
Speakers will include IHE Executive Director Scott Littky and Suzanne Horwich, founder of Artists Giving Back, the calendar says. The community is invited to view the exhibition and learn about Malkin's role in Eichmann's capture.
