Belmont men's soccer hosts UIC Saturday at E.S. Rose Park
The Bruins, 2-0 in Missouri Valley Conference play, have won four straight home matches.
NASHVILLE - Belmont's men's soccer team hosts Illinois Chicago in a Missouri Valley Conference match Saturday at 6 p.m. at E.S. Rose Park, according to the school's official schedule and match preview. The game is on ESPN+, and admission to Belmont soccer at Rose Park is free, the preview says.
Belmont is 6-4-2 overall and 2-0-0 in the conference. UIC is 4-4-3 and 1-0-1. The teams met in the first round of last season's conference tournament, also in Nashville.
The Bruins have won four straight home matches. They beat Bradley 2-1 at Rose Park last Sunday on an 88th-minute goal by Jaxon Stokes, after a 2-1 win at Drake on Oct. 3.
Belmont next plays at Bowling Green on Sunday, Oct. 25, according to the schedule.
