Utah State volleyball and soccer play three home matches next week
Alumni Night, Senior Night and Veterans Appreciation are on the calendar Nov. 4-6.
LOGAN - Utah State fans get three home dates in three nights next week, with volleyball twice at the Wayne Estes Center and soccer's Senior Night in between, according to the USU events calendar.
Volleyball opens the stretch at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, against Texas State. The university has billed it as Alumni Night.
Soccer follows at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, when Utah State hosts San Diego State at Chuck & Gloria Bell Field for Senior Night.
Volleyball returns at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, against Oregon State on Veterans Appreciation night.
Current USU students can claim a free ticket to each match through the athletics ticket site, the listings say. Ticket prices had not been posted as of publication.
Why this matters
Three home matches in three nights is a chance for Cache Valley fans to see Aggie volleyball and soccer without leaving town, and USU students can get in free. Alumni and veterans are being honored on two of those nights.
