St. Thomas More boys soccer was scheduled to play regional semifinal at Unity on Monday
Sabers' week also includes two varsity volleyball matches and the girls tennis state tournament
CHAMPAIGN - The High School of St. Thomas More's boys soccer team was scheduled to play an IHSA regional semifinal at Unity on Monday, Oct. 19, according to the school's official athletics calendar. The IHSA listed the start time as 4 p.m.
The regional championship game appears on the same calendar for Friday, Oct. 23; the IHSA lists it at 4 p.m.
Elsewhere this week, the St. Thomas More varsity volleyball team plays at St. Joseph-Ogden at 7 p.m. Tuesday and hosts Paxton-Buckley-Loda at 7 p.m. Thursday in the STM Gym. The girls swimming team competes at Centennial High School at 4 p.m. Tuesday.
The calendar lists girls tennis at the IHSA state tournament Thursday through Saturday, Oct. 22-24, and the boys and girls cross country teams at IHSA regionals on Saturday, Oct. 24, with sites to be determined.
