Illini women's soccer visits Nebraska, hosts Northwestern; cross country runs at Pre-Nationals

CHAMPAIGN - Illinois women's soccer plays two Big Ten matches in the next week, according to the official schedule on fightingillini.com. The Illini also send their cross country teams to Pre-Nationals on Friday, the athletics department's calendar shows.
Cross country, Friday, Oct. 16: The women's 6K at Pre-Nationals starts at 9 a.m. Central, and the men's 8K follows at 9:45 a.m.
Women's soccer, Sunday, Oct. 18: Illinois plays at Nebraska at 1 p.m. Central at Hibner Stadium in Lincoln, with coverage listed on B1G+.
Women's soccer, Thursday, Oct. 22: Illinois hosts Northwestern at 6 p.m. at Demirjian Park in Champaign. The school has billed the match as its Kick Cancer game, and it is listed on B1G+.
