City of Boise lists jobs, volunteer roles, grants and artist calls on one board

BOISE CITY — The City of Boise's Opportunities page groups several resident-facing boards in one place, according to the city website reviewed Wednesday.

The hub points to city job opportunities and to volunteer openings that range from one-time projects to longer commitments. It also links the Neighborhood Investment Program, which the city says funds neighborhood projects meant to improve quality of life and encourage a stronger sense of community.

Arts and culture listings on the same page include open artist calls through the Boise City Department of Arts & History and the city's Arts & History cultural grants for arts, history or cultural projects that benefit people living inside Boise city limits.
